Master bedroom office, and Jacuzzi bathroom have extensive views even in bed you can see the lights. Two other office desk working areas with a loft and internet connections in all bedrooms. All bedrooms very quiet, with private bathrooms, and marble. Linens provided and all the comforts fully stocked. Four Seasons Hotel is down the street you can walk the scenic trails or drive and go to the lagoon trails right pass the hotel. Drive straight down the main road to the Carlsbad State Beach: surfing, snorkeling, water jets ski, boating, village dining and shops in Downtown Carlsbad 5 min away. Legoland, Wild Animal Park, Palomar Mountain, La Costa Deepak Chopra Center, and La Costa world famous Spa within minutes. 8 minutes from Encinitas Shopping and Self Realization Gardens and Quail Botanical Gardens. Del Mar in 10-15 minutes with World Class shopping on the cliffs and Famous Dog Beach. La Jolla within the scenic 101 drive to Torrey Pines park in 20 minutes, Scripps Aquarium, The cove La Jolla worlds swimmers, and the La Jolla shopping. You will have access to all of San Diego yet the "big" spacious beach home that will draw you into entertainment at home or at the hotel, with its world class Sunday brunches and Friday night seafood buffet and Pool and Spa.. right down the street. Vacation Rental Rates

$1000 to $3000 a week dependent on rooms and season and pets. This is a very large house, not a small beach rental. Priced accordingly for 5 room estate. Discounts may apply at certain times of year. Generally $1000 for one or two people-- This is a big 1.4 million dollar home on the coast, not a small rental. $2000 for one or two persons exclusive home rental $2500 for two to four persons $3000 for five to seven. Utility deposit. $100 per week for one or two. $150 for 3-4. Home professional cleaned before and after included with fresh linens and towels. Additional maid cleaning available on request. Security deposit 50% with application for reservations. Sorry, No refunds 30 days before due to availability.
